Refund policy

As a family business, it is very important to us that you and your dog love the new addition to your Cavall art collection. If you have any issue with your purchase, we will be happy to answer any questions or assist you with making a return.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may be asked to show proof of purchase. 

Please note, due to safety and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept toys that have been played with or used in any way. If you believe that your item has a manufacturing defect, please email us at customerservice@cavalldog.com, and include photos illustrating the defect. 

Although Cavall dog toys are durable, no plush toy is indestructible. Please see our FAQ page for more info. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@cavalldog.com

  • If your return is accepted, you will be issued an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package once your return is accepted.
  • Item must be returned promptly after receiving your RMA number.
  • We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your return.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your payment method once we receive your returned item at our facility.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Received the wrong item?

If you believe you received the incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at customerservice@cavalldog.com and provide photos for review. We do not offer replacements for damage caused by incorrect washing or doggie wear and tear such as chewing or scratching. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns, 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
